PAYMENT
If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days by email or by the phone number provided with your purchase order.
CURRENCY
All transactions are processed in $CAD (Canadian Dollars).
PAYMENT OPTIONS - PAYPAL or Credit Card.
Afterpay? At this time we are not able to offer Afterpay. We look forward to making it available to participating regions or countries.
GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards will be emailed to you as soon as the payment is processed. This may take up to two business days.
Gift Cards expire 12 months from the date of issue and cannot be extended or changed.
They can be used to buy goods on elisabethboylan.com.
You can transfer the Gift Card to a friend by simply forwarding them the email we send you.
Please allow 2 business days from the date of purchase for the card to be activated.
REFUND POLICY
Returns, Refunds, or Exchange for Store Credit
You can choose between a refund, exchange, or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different from the product purchased on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do.
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items: All sale items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item is deemed faulty.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
For example, 1. Obvious signs of use. 2. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 3. An item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@elisabethboylan.com and send your item to PO Box 622, Whistler, BC, V0N 1B0, Canada
Shipping for Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to PO Box 622, Whistler, BC, V0N 1B0, Canada.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for the cost of the product. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
SHIPPING
Goods are shipped by Canada Post, UPS, Puralator, or FedEx. This is tracked and requires a signature on delivery. Orders are dispatched in either a mailer tube for prints or a stay-flat mailer envelope for works smaller than 17 x 21 inches. Packaged artwork is shipped within 2 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days for regular post and 2 - 3 business days for Express Post depending on your location within Canada or the United States (longer if you are overseas.)
Please allow up to 7 days of processing time during holiday and sale periods.
PRINTS All print orders take 5-10 business days because they are custom printed and hand signed by Elisabeth Boylan.
International orders can choose Canada Post or International Courier Service.
International customers may be subjected to additional taxes, duties, or tariffs upon delivery. Unfortunately, the Elisabeth Boylan Art Shop team has no control over how these local fees are calculated or assigned. Elisabeth Boylan Ltd. is not liable for any additional costs that may be incurred after the item has been shipped. Please consult your local post office for more information.
All shipping costs are calculated at the checkout based on the weight of the order and location of delivery. At this time we are offering new customers a flat fee shipping rate of $15.00 per order.
PRIVACY POLICY
1. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the details of your purchase order, your name, address, and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer's internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates. At any time you can opt-out of email campaigns when you no longer wish to receive them.
Our store uses Google Analytics to help us learn about who visits our site and what pages are being viewed.
2. CONSENT
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
Withdraw consent?

3. DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
3. YOUR DATA
Our site uses Google Analytics and cookies to track visitors to our store. Our store is hosted by the Squarespace Inc. platform. Your data is securely stored on Squarespace’s server and, database system.
Payment :
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Squarespace stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The third-party providers we use will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For any of these providers or platforms, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.
As an example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.
Once you leave our store's website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website's Terms of Service.
5. SOCIAL MEDIA
We use Social Media to promote Art by Elisabeth Boylan. If you are a follower on one of these platforms, such as Instagram, YouTube, or Facebook we may promote specific content to you through these platforms which may include sales, new work, or invitations to participate in a promotion or view a new gallery of artwork or content.
6. SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed. When purchasing from Elisabeth Boylan your financial details are passed through a secure server managed by Squarespace.com using the latest encryption technology. 7. AGE OF CONSENT
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
8. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
